Please note: Telehealth may not be suitable for clients with high/imminent risk, active episodes of psychosis or mania, schizophrenia, or severe mental illness or acute substance abuse. In these cases, please refer to community or emergency services for appropriate care.
Screening Questions
☐ Client willing and able to connect via telehealth
☐ Current referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan/EDP/CDMP or CTP/SIRA approved, or Client paying privately
☐ Reliable means to fund any gap fees or alternative funding source
