​Is this client suited to telehealth?

• Is the client willing and able to connect via telehealth, with telephone as a backup option? We do not offer in-person services as yet.
  
  
• Do they have a current Referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan or equivalent?​
  
  
• Do they have reliable means to fund out of pocket cost for sessions, or other funding source?
  ​
• Please note some clients may not be suited for telehealth, such as those with high levels or risk, where there are active episodes of psychosis, schizophrenia, or mania, or where there is severe mental illness or substance abuse. For these cases, we recommend considering community or emergency services, so appropriate care can be provided. Emergency Numbers List here
